₹999 / year
3 months free for new schools, then one license payment per year. Paid by the play school to PlaySchools.
We charge play schools — never students
- PlaySchools does not accept any payment from students or parents for platform use.
- We accept only an annual website license fee from the play school (the school that registered on this platform).
- Student tuition, transport, and other school fees are collected by the play school directly — not by PlaySchools.
- Fee modules inside the product help the school track invoices and receipts; they are not a payment gateway to PlaySchools.
- License payment is currently manual (bank / UPI to PlaySchools). After confirmation, Super-admin activates or extends your license.
New schools get a free trial (default 3 months). After that, renew once a year at the published license price (default ₹999/year).
